After you apply for Google ad-sense, they will send you approval in next 24hrs i.e. "Your site has been approved for Google ad-sense". Hooray now just log in to your account and click on "Ad- settings" on top, after you click on this you will find some code given there. You have to just copy & paste that code in to your website. And after pasting that code, automatically Google will display ads on your website according to your website contents.
